Hi friends! We’re Brandon and Anna, collectively known as BrandAnna—a husband-and-wife team passionate about the incredible human body and all the ways we can thrive!

Our love story began back in 2001, and we’ve been exploring life together ever since. Over the past 20+ years, we’ve navigated the ups and downs of life, learning what it takes to build a strong partnership and stay healthy and grounded in an ever-changing world. Along the way, we’ve picked up invaluable tips and tricks—not just to survive (though it’s felt like that at times!) but to truly thrive in this beautiful life experience.

We love to explore, create, and share, and it’s our deepest desire to inspire and empower others to live a life they love in a body that feels great.

Together, we bring over 35 years of combined experience in physical fitness training. Our journey began with the Pilates method and personal training, which naturally evolved into the creation of the Body Alignment Method, or BAM!

BAM is a holistic coaching system designed to balance muscles, align the body, and optimize biomechanics. It not only identifies imbalances in posture and movement but also provides education and tools to recondition the body through proper biomechanics and breath training.

We recognize that true alignment extends beyond the physical. That’s why BAM also emphasizes the importance of becoming aware of our thoughts and emotions. By addressing these aspects, we empower individuals to reshape their mental and emotional states to best reflect their hearts truest desires.

Hi I’m Anna

At my core (wink!), I’m a cheerleader for humanity-passionate about the incredible potential of our bodies, minds, and spirits. I find joy in elevating the beauty of everyday moments and championing the people and projects that light me up.

A lifelong mover, I turned my love for movement into a career in coaching and education, blending biomechanics, mindfulness, and personal experience to help others cultivate a thriving body and a resilient mindset. My early years of frequent relocation taught me the power of kindness and adaptability, shaping my deep compassion for people from all walks of life. Growing up with humble beginnings instilled in me an appreciation for life’s simple joys and the transformative power of positivity.

Brandon and I met in high school, launching a 24-year (and counting!) love story, built on communication, commitment, and a shared vision for a vibrant life. In my early 20s, I worked in the restaurant industry, where some unhealthy habits clashed with my growing passion for wellness. Discovering Pilates ignited my journey into movement education, leading me to witness firsthand how imbalanced and under-conditioned bodies contribute to injury and limitation. Seeing loved ones struggle with health challenges only deepened my commitment to sustainable well-being through aspects such as; mindful movement, nourishing foods, meditation, and a dedication to body love, all of which remain a work in progress rather than a pursuit of perfection.

For nearly 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of guiding clients, and for over a decade, training future instructors! sharing what I’ve learned with those ready to live more fully, freely, and vibrantly is what fuels my mission and continues to inspire me!

Hi I’m Brandon

I’m Brandon Murdock, a trusted leader in the health and fitness industry. My health journey began when I watched my grandfather suffer with diabetes, which deeply impacted his quality of life. Witnessing his struggles inspired me to prioritize my health and develop what I now call my ThriveStyle—an approach to living that fosters balance, vitality, and joy. I’ve spent over a decade as a Pilates instructor, studio manager, and creator, combining my love for movement and wellness to help others unlock their potential.

Growing up in rural northern Nevada, I developed a passion for the outdoors, mountain biking, and exploring nature. These activities not only improved my fitness but also connected me with myself and the world around me. My early career in auto collision repair taught me the value of hard work, but it was my pivot to health and wellness that allowed me to truly thrive.

Now, as the co-founder of BAM, I’ve made it my mission to guide others on their journey toward a balanced, adventurous, and healthy life. Through my work, I aim to inspire others to take personal responsibility for their well-being and embrace the joy of exploring their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual potential.
