What Is bam?
A Holistic coaching system for aligning the body, balancing muscles, optimizing biomechanics and enhancing respiratory health.
Founded on principles from Pilates, Functional Movement exploration & Biomechanics expertise.
Emphasizes core, upper, and lower body training fundamentals.
Incorporates spinal alignment, stabilization, and mobilization to properly house and protect the central nervous system.
Focuses on mind-body awareness to deepen understanding of body mechanics and how to correct imbalances.
Utilizes a “Learn it, Burn it, to Flow it” approach combining techniques to enhance the neuro-muscular system, cultivate conscious breathwork as well as develop a feeling/visualizing “feel-sualizing” practice to up level the relationship you have to yourself, your movement, and life as a whole.
